We have been living in Scott's dad's house for the last 14 months or so and we found out on Sunday that they will be returning home from their mission a little early. We are so grateful for the time they let us live here and for the time they were able to serve. We know they really enjoyed their mission and we are sad for them that they have to return home early, but we are excited to be near them again. Because it was a quick decision, we only had a short time to pack up and move, so Scott's sister Leslie came to help us pack. She brought Matthew's cousin Sara and the two of them were troopers about the whole thing. Leslie was very helpful and we very much appreicate her and her sacrifice to come help us. Matthew has done amazing watching the only house he knows (or remembers) get packed up and moved out. He is excited about his "new house" and to unpack all his toys and books when we get there. For a little while we were unsure of where we were going to go, but this morning we decided to move into a condo in Rancho Santa Maragrita. We are excited to live by friends from Irvine again, but we will miss the friends we have made here. Here are a few pictures of our very eventful week:

Thank you Aunt Leslie!

Our disastrous (but organized although it doesn't look like it!) house!
We have felt an overwhelming amount of love from our friends and family this week! We are very grateful to everyone who has helped us this week and those that have offered and those that are coming to help us next week. We are excited about our new adventure!

Wow, seeing it makes it so real and that makes me so sad. We will miss you. I hope if you are in town that we can get Matthew and Conner together. Conner was so sad when we told him but then we said he could draw pictures and be Matthew's penpal and he was ok with that.
It was hard work - but fun too! I'm glad it worked out to be the kids Christmas break from school so we could come. We love you and hope you will love your new place.
